Seafood Pasta Without Tomato Sauce Recipes
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, clams)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until they are almost done.
- Pour in white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden.
- Add mixed seafood to the pan and cook until they start to open.
- Pour in white wine and let it reduce slightly.
- Add cooked linguine to the pan and toss with seafood.
- Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
