Salmon Quiche
Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked salmon and shredded cheese on the bottom of the crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the salmon and cheese.
- Top with chopped green onions.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set in the center.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Quiche Lorraine

- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon and shredded Swiss cheese on the bottom of the crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour this mixture over the bacon and cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set in the center.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
