Seafood Pasta with Shrimp and Scallops
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pasta
- 1/2 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound of scallops
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops, season with salt and pepper, and cook until seafood is cooked through.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the skillet with the seafood.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
