Seafood Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of your favorite pasta
  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed seafood and cook until it starts to turn opaque.
  4. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce slightly.
  5. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add the fresh basil and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta in the seafood sauce.
  8. Serve hot with grated parmesan cheese on top.

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add the tomato passata and red pepper flakes, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer the marinara sauce for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the marinara sauce.
  7. Serve hot with fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese.
