  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the tomatoes and white wine, and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the clams and mussels, cover and cook until they start to open.
  4. Add the remaining seafood and cook until fully cooked through.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Serve hot with crusty bread for dipping.
